Hierarchy
The world of Ar'klain
operates much like our own world. People live by the strict
confines of a society where the powerful rule.
The Orders or Ranks are
important. These can be gained at birth, through battles and
sometimes by wealth, although the latter is rare unless preceded
by the two earlier conditions.
The social powers are as
follows:
- Immortal: Ruling Party
of Ar'klain
- Immortal Born: The
Children of Immortals, inheriting their status and power.
- Kether: Leader of a Clan
or Sub Clan
- General: The commander
of the Clan's Army
- Adviser: The Adviser and
sometimes Tactician
- Diplomat: The mediator
between Clans and Worlds
- Council Members and
Religious Figures: The Kether of Each Clan is the head of
Religion for each Clan, however there are certain
functionaries within the system that perform daily rites.
- Merchants and Trades
People: Merchants and skilled families are treated with
favour depending on the Kether's reliance of their skill or
wealth.
- Common: The Common
People. Workers and the like much like in our world.
- Slaves: People that may
be bartered for or sold to masters. If a Slave kills a
master then instant death is granted. If the Slave is
powerful and defeats his opponents, thus impressing the
Master's heir, he or she may gain a new life under the new
Master.
